We brought home six baby chicks today! Daniel is pretty excited...Well, I'm really excited; Daniel is at least amused. They'll need to stay inside for awhile which will give us time to build some sort of coop outside.

Ok so Riley now wants to move in with you. I guess I can always pack him up and send him out east, as "Those guys get chickens"! Thanks for the encouragement on this end. I just told him that we could not go see Grandpa and our new cousin if we had to feed animals. The "Ok Mom" did not happen...so now what?
Guess I will just have to have him check out the blogs!
