Roasted parsnips!!! Daniel really loved them, he held his mouth open like a baby bird ready for the next spoonful. I was really surprised to see how active he has become while eating, after all Cathy gets to feed him a bit more than me. Cathy also found out that she likes them, her and Daniel both had them for there first time!!!
