What is cuter than a baby in a basket? Daniel helped me wrap a gift for the bridal shower we went to on Saturday. The tissue paper was his favorite part!

Bubbles...

We are recovering from Thanksgiving, and getting ready for Brian and Uncle Matt's birthday party tonight. If it's not too cold, we are going to the Parade of Lights downtown tonight. They are forecasting 2-3" of snow tonight, so that may not happen. Daniel's first tooth came in on Wednesday...it's his canine tooth!

Best Friends?

A Winter Stroll...

We spent this weekend at Grandma and Grandpa's since Daddy was hunting and working...then ridiculously tired. I thought he could get a better night sleep if we weren't there to wake him up, and that I would get a better night sleep not listening to him snore (Brian was REALLY tired!). Saturday we got bundled up and went for a walk with Penny, who is defintely enjoying the snow. Saturday night, Uncle Ken finally held the baby...Daniel was sleeping, and as soon as he woke up, Uncle Ken passed him off! Tonight we are going to great-grandma Rose's for dinner...yum!

A Sleep Over

Daniel, Penny, and I are spending the night at Grandma and Grandpa's again. It was snowy pretty hard so Grandpa came to pick us up in his truck. Daddy and Grandpa are going hunting tomorrow, so if we're up in time, we'll be able to hit the breakfast buffet. We've had a pretty quiet night with lots of time to wonder about things...

Daniel is 11 weeks old today! We hung out around the house all day, and then went to great-grandpa's for dinner (pasties, which were delicious). Today was the first day that he was able to hold his rattle for any length of time...so exciting! He is also getting very good at blowing bubbles...so good, that he wears a bib frequently!

Teething Hell...

We think that Daniel is starting to get some teeth, and he has not been a happy camper! We are doing the best we can to make him comfortable and to cope...Penny had to go upstairs this afternoon to continue her nap! (She has been put out by Daniel on numerous occassions.)
